Learning and Improvement Lead
I lead continuous improvement, which means I facilitate: learning, knowledge sharing, and use of data by the foundation and our partners ― there’s lots of whiteboards and sticky notes involved!
Most rewarding moment since joining Einhorn Collaborative
Seeing relationships form among a diverse group of grantees who we convened, and hearing about how those relationships turned into real and self-driven collaboration (programs referring to one another, sharing of space, sharing of practical “how-to” insights and program guides, etc.).
Something people may not know about me
I love traveling the United States and am up to 26 states and counting!
Something that inspires me
“Yes, we can.” ― Barack Obama
Before Einhorn Collaborative
I worked in a criminal justice nonprofit, where I managed strategic planning and data across the organization’s 15 programs. Before that, I conducted projects including summative evaluations and organizational change efforts at a management consulting firm.
